How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?+

Each product page lists either 'Universal' fitment or specific makes/models. Universal products work with most vehicles, but you should always confirm dimensions or connectors against your owner's manual. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

When will my order ship?+

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once it ships.

Can I return an item?+

Yes — unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See the full Return Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?+

We ship internationally on select products. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Is my payment information safe?+

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer installation services?+

No — RevX Garage is a product retailer only. We are not a mechanic, detailing service, or installation shop. Most products ship with manufacturer instructions.

Are the products real or drop-shipped?+

Both — depending on the SKU. Some products ship from our warehouse, others from vetted suppliers. Shipping origin doesn't change the warranty or return policy.
