Return Policy

Eligibility

• Item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

Non-returnable items

• Opened detailing chemicals, waxes, or cleaning fluids
• Installed lighting, electronics, or accessories
• Custom-cut or vehicle-specific items once unpackaged
• Final-sale and clearance items (clearly marked as such)

How to start a return

Email returns@revxgarage.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll cover the cost of a return label or replacement.
